SERVICE LEVELS DROPPING

An unauthorized debit order of R2479 went off instead of R200 from telkom on the 25/03/2020 I went to the branch in pretoria North north park and they where offline , on friday i went to North park again wherethey advised that i need an app and my phone is broken,got onto the line with Fnb i was told that they dont reverse due to lock down and i need to use the app. Today o qent to Wonderpark i was told i need to link the new app or que where i was told i cant be assisted .

I feel your staff is taking advantage and lack listerning s****s please advise how i can get my money back?
