service level very bad

i just came from the bellville branch to close my savings account and was given a ticket number been sitting in the branch for almost an hour no assistance at all was only given ticket number and i ended up living without being assisted service is so pathetic im so angry ive been banking with FNB for years but service level is very poor i have waited my time im so disapointed in the service i got today
