service just going from bad to atrocious.

For weeks I have been trying to retrieve my history of payments but to no avail. It stops at 8th December and now suddenly jumps to 22nd December. Nothing in between. I need to produce a proof of payment but cannot do so. Complaining does not help. Reference ***
