Service is shocking as usual and is getting worse by the day

FNB is the worse bank in this country. Stay away from them. The call center employees are useless and the I dont care attitude is so shocking. It is getting worse and worse every single time there is a problem nobody is responsible or they just guessing. I will close all my investement, business account and private accounts with them. I have enough there are much better banks out there.
