Service is key

I visited the branch at Ferndale on Republic and initially I was annoyed at having to wait almost half an hour BUT once I got acknowledged by the first staff member who was walking the floor checking on us, I was served by a consultant who was sitting at the first cubicle (I forgot her name sadly). She was very patient and engaging. she wasn't able to finalise my request yesterday as it needed an override but she promised to do it for me today, which she did. I appreciate the assistance and the integrity displayed.
