**** service from fnb private

I’m a private client at FNB. For over a year I received no private banker. And now after lots of enquiries I find one. Yet the service is horrible. I paid fees for a year gaining nothing out of it. Everything I wanted was done by myself going to the bank. I want a call and this dealt with asap. I pay for a service that I’m not receievibg.
