Service from FNB non existent

Complaints / queries logged on the FNB website is never attended to - just ignore - no responses ever. Phones are not answered - 0.5hour wait. Staff is *********** - provide the wrong information and can never resolve a matter. Calls are conveniently dropped and emails ignored if the issue looks difficult to resolve - no willingness to assist. No resolution or answers to queries.
