**** service from FNB FOREX DIVISION

A week ago I posted a question on the Forex divisions queries page asking about forex.

The response was "we will revert with feedback in 2-3 working days time.

Now 3 working days have passed and they haven't really answered my question.

Should I waste more time asking them a question and expecting a lame vague answer in another 3 days time?

What are these people even doing to warrant a 3 working day response?
