You guys decide to just block me from accessing my funds. No ****s nor reason given just a middle finger! You refuse to close my loan account even after I’ve settled it after over 12 months and keeps charging me fees holding me!ransome. All I hear is that case phase been escalated it’s beeeeen for ****ing 12 months. I’m so ****ed your bankers useless as ****. I want to close all my accounts from business to personal don’t call to convince me but to close my account.
