**** service from a Bank I actually though was decent.

I bought a home in July was told that no the Ebucks will be added with the 2nd payment then it became the 3rd payment then it was no we will get it sorted then the bankers.... does not know what department to put you through then they put you through to a useless department that just likes to pass you off to another. I always though FNB was awesome until they had to give you rewards then they will try everything to not actually assist.
