So a couple of times I have complained here about FNB Lesotho and my complaint was attended by FNB SA, which I must say, they were very understanding, inclusive and updated me along the process. This wasn't their department but they assisted anyway and linked me with FNB LSO.<br> I have a couple of Forex payments to make today - so as usual I called FNB Lesotho which oh my gosh...needs me to go inside a branch to make the payment...talk about ancient ways of doing things. So I decided to call FNB SA and I was actually told that I can do the payments online - wow. Amazing. <br> All I can say now is...Thank you FNB SA for the great work - keep it up.
