Service fees of R450 during a Global Pandemic?!?!?!?!

Please explain to me how during a pandemic, my total banking fees charged are R589... R450 are for "Service fees" when I transferred my entire salary into my Capitec account the moment it came in. What transactions have I done on my account that amounted to R450?!?!?!?! I'm done. Fnb is by far the worst bank known to man! I am closing my account today after 12 years. I refuse to let them bleed me dry during the time when every cent counts!
