Service fees charged

I opened my account on the 25th of June 2026 and was advised that for 6 months won’t be paying the service fees last month (July) was charged the service fees and I called FNB and they were reversed, I asked them to put a note that must be charged service until 6 month ended and she told me that she did that however again in the August I got the charged again been trying to call again my call were not being attended. I need this money and they put myself in a stressful situation.
