Service fees

I took out a person loan for 6 months I paid it up end of May however FNB keeps charging me monthly service fees on a paid up loan and they send me notifications that I'm in arrears. Why am I paying service fees on a paid up loan? What are they for? I want to bhe refunded the money for June and July and August fees must be removed
