Service Fees

I bought R200 electricity this morning and only got 3 units. A R192 service fee! This is ridiculous. It happened last month as well where I paid a R67 service fee off R350 electricity. How on earth is this calculated? FNB is really robbing people. The call agents are of no help either. I was just transferred 6 times and then the call died. #livid
