Service fee on inavtive eBucks account, should issue a warning first
I find it terrible that a fee of 90eBucks was deducted from my account without any prior warning that this would happen. Although reading through the terms and conditions specifies that an account inactive for 6 months will incur this fee, a warning to the customer could first be issued before this period elapses. Certainly FNB have no problems bombarding me sales pitches and other messaging bordering spam.
