Service fee error amount more than normal debit
Fnb took the normal debit of R240 fee from my premium account plus an additional service fee of R383. 40, when I tried calling the call center but kept on holding. May the R383. 40 be refunded urgently as I believe this is a system error from their end.

29 Dec 2022, 13:06FNB responded to me and they provided me with a breakdown of R427.00 which doesn't reflect on my statement. On my statement shows an amount of R383.40 which was debited, this shows that unauthorized debits is being taken from our accounts and the bank enriches itself by *****ing clients. I am disappointed that the amount debited doesn't tie up with the calculation provided to me and I request an urgent refund or I have to escalate my request to the ombudsman in order check the unauthorised debits and how long it has been taken place on my account. The consultant advises that when I may cash deposits at the ATM I am debited on a monthly basis for it but on my bank slip I see the amount charge when I do a debit , which means they have been double debiting my account with small figures which I don;t receive SMS for, this is unprofessional especially from a reputable bank like FNB who I have been with for the past 12 years.
