Service failure seems to be a KPI target here

If weaponized incompetence and service failure was a KPI, this bank would have won first place. I have had numerous, recurring, unreasonable and endless issues with FNB ever since getting a combined account with them. The latest issue is a matter of a VISA credit chargeback that fnb fails to address competently and with comprehension. And the best of this? I've had the private clients package for years, but don't get a private clients service and don't have a private banker.

I read a comment about fnb's incompetence driving them to death. I can totally relate. If you want to hate life and be undermined in every financial aspect of it, bank with fnb.
