Service failure

From 2018 I have been dealing with my father's estate , I have been sent from pillar to post with no solution from this ************* bank. I will never recommend anyone to open an estate with them, if you call them they forever unavailable or they not willing to help me . I was told that at the branch they will assist but their codes are not authorized. I need my money ASAP . I am angry and disappointed
