Amidst the frustrations and difficulty of dealing with unhelpful banks and their staff these days, I sincerely wish to thank and congratulate the Somerset West FNB Branch manager, Neil Nar***ya, for the manner in which he assisted me. Neil, you are a perfect example of what the public needs and deserves when dealing with an institution that uses our money to make an income and profit for themselves.
