SERVICE EXCELLENCE
Walking into FNB Richards Bay (Boardwalk Mall) is a pleasure. Being greeted by Mbali Mqadi who is always pleasant and welcoming. Irrespective of day of the week or time of the day makes all the difference.
Despite the service being sometimes not so great, Mbali''s welcoming and warm personality puts one at ease. She always goes an extra mile to assist even if she does not know she makes an effort to find help.
