I received a warm welcome at fnb Veereniging by Lerato Molefe, she called my ticket and offerd me a quick and efficient service by assist me with a soft block from my account, I'm pregnant and was given a very excptional service by her on the 15th and today the 20th October. She went all out to make sure that my account is unfrozen. She is indeed a fnbs agent of change. I salute her
