ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE RECEIVED!!!!!!!! I’ve app**** for a youth account under my profile on Monday, of which all documents were loaded successfully. Sent a message to secure chat, of which they mentioned I must email and call as the documents are reflecting. I called FNB KYC for the past two hours, spoke to 14 different consultants AND STILL NO HELP!!!!!! Your prompt message asks us to rate the service……. Well a f**king disgrace
