Service dissapointing

<p>I cannot remember ever NOT seeing a "PLZ USE NEXT CONSULTANT/counter on a certain employee's desk! She always has this sign on her desk...but your other staff members are willing to help your clients...Why? </p> <p>I cannot remember her name, but she is the lady that always tell everybody about her daughter's heart condition and operations. She is very friendly..but that sign is never far away from her desk, especially in the afternoons.</p> <p> </p>
