Service delivery - First National Bank

I had a very nice service experience with FNB Rand Ridge Mall. We had to change signatories on the account for our Home owners association and it was such a pleasure to be helped by Sonwabo Ntshongontsi going the extra mile to get this done. A few days later I also had to open an account with FNB in my personal capacity. This was done with a smile and such good service from Zwelo Maseko. Thanks for this and also to the manager, John, who was always visible and walking the floor with a smile on his face assisting his staff where he can.
