Service delivery

FNB has dropped the ball on service delivery. I'm here at FNB vosloorus branch trying to use their online services. I'm not getting the response I should from their PC that is being used for online banking and I've been standing here for 30minutes. Service consultants pass by and see that I need help but the plain ignore me. The branch manager walked passed me at the door seeing that I havent been helped and he couldnt care cause clearly it's his knock off time.
