Service Delivery

IT is absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait 10 Days for the Bond Department to change the nominated account associated with your flexi reserve from an account that was closed by FNB to a new account that was opened on Friday 29/01/2016. This is not a service, all the required documents were received by the Bond Department on Friday already, but someone sitting around doing nothing until the 10 days are due to expire. FNB supposedly prides themselves on excellent and quick service??? Really 10 days is no service what so ever.
