Service!!!

Do I have to close my account for 3rd parties not 2debit. I called for a debit order to be reversed and stopped that was on the 27June 2021 and it took 15 days for my money to reflect on my account! On the 27July debit order went off again n when I called the service provider I was told they did not take money from my account. Fnb where is my money...I want my R1775.55 to be reversed into my bank account before close of business today and if the same happens again on the 27th of this month when I get paid am closing my account with you!
