Service Chat Nightmare - Query for balance discrepancy

Service Chat Nightmare - Query for balance discrepancy On 29 April I noticed a discrepancy between my bank balance from the previous night with no transactions (around R400 difference). I asked the operator to assist - the first one says that she doesnt see a difference even after I asked her multiple questions she couldnt answer. The chat was then disconnected and after almost 2 hours I get handed to 2 other operators who dont answer and then I get the message that my chat has been transferred to the 3D online secure cardinal and then disconnected. I still have no answer on where my money disappeared to.
