Service charges
I noticed for the last 3 months I have been charged extra yet again for service fees by FNB, This month it is it is progressing to a different amount I went to the branch and they said they will waiver them as they were put on incorrectly to date I have had nothing credited on my account, when I opened the account I was told that I will be charged a monthly fee provided that I withdraw at shops. I am tired of this on going trend of FNB ADDING UNNECESSARY CHARGES TO MY account.

FNB has not accounted for the initial inquiry
Why are you charging multiple charges on my account, when I have not even went over the stipulated free transactions. I have for this month apart from other months I have not included in the complaint a R125 you cannot tell what is it for.
This is so annoying and I need answers

FNB has not accounted for the initial inquiry
