Service Center validation process pathetic

****ing useless when trying to contact the service center and they ask you to enter the ID number and verify through the app - my profile is BLOCKED, how the **** do you think I can access the app and approve anything!

Please provide phone numbers so that I can all because I do not live in the country and need access to my accounts and online profile.
