Service at FNB estate late departmeny sucks. Since I have submitted documents for my mum estate on the first week of Much 2024 up until today, payment has not being made. You will do follow up, only to know that one document is missing after the other. I did follow up again with their call center two weeks in a row, no one came back to me. When you ask the agent about their process for estate late payout. Consultant will say even a year. What the hell is that?
