**** service call center people dont know jack ****!

This is by far the most ****ed up banking service I've been calling since past 8 this morning for a simple dam dispute form... not one of the call center people can assist sending me from pillar to post. Not to mention I have to call them for feedback I wasn't even aware I had to full in this form until I called to do a follow up I wasn't even contacted to say my case has been transfered to another department this is **** service ****n through and through
