I was sitting on the chairs while my ticket was jumped then I told the lady in from of me by the name of Lerato Molefe from Vereeniging branch that I haven't been assisted. She apologized to me and assisted me after she was done with her customer. She is very friendly and gave me a quick efficient service. She didn't even hesitate to assisted me, she saved me and made my day. Exceptional service
