I got a quick and efficient service from Innocentia Molefe in Vereeniging, I was there to change my cellphone number as I arrived very early at the bank and my ticket was number2,I only waited for a few seconds then my ticket was called. I also managed to update my app aswell. I was given a very fast service and she was very friendly and welcomed me from the moment she called my ticket. She is a very friendly and polite person who gave me the best service ever, it's like she knew that I was in a hurry cos I didn't stay long at all. She must keep up the good people skills practice, she is a lovely person
