I laid a complaint with regards to my home loan accounts which they still managed to mess up even after making a phone call to Querry. AND on top of that, I said to contact me via email and not call. So even on phone calls its in-efficient and *********** service. FNB, please hire me as a worker so i can sit and get paid to do nothing. Thank you!
