Service bad

I am having bad service with FNB the branch is Plaza Oriental in JBH. I did cardless withdrawal and the money didnt come out from the atm and the balance is on minus and went into the bank to explain its been a week and days without any answer on where is money or whats going for crying out loud am your customer so if I dont get answers and pple not responding its becoming suspicious now
