I'd like to compliment the Branch Manager Mr Lawrence and the staff at FNB Jubilee Mall (Gloria, Botlhale , TK and Sosi for the excellent service they provide always. Mr Lawrence you are what a great Branch Manager is all about, always available and accessible to your clients. I can always enter your office and seek help and no matter how busy you are, you leave everything and find solutions to whatever the challenge I might have with my banking needs. And as a business owner it really a pleasure to visit your branch. Today you put all the stops to try to help me and my partner with our Business Internet banking query. Even though you could not give a solution to what we wanted but the way you handled the situation was amazing and we left your branch satisfied. To put a cherry on top you treated us like we were the only clients when you further went extra mile of walking us out of the door while explaining on finding a suitable solution to our needs. Thank you so much and you are a great example to your staff on what customer service is all about. Your professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Thank you again and do the same to all the clients and you will reach for the stars.
