Service at FNB is atrocious

Late December 2016/ early January 2017 I logged a call for a temporary loan which was reflecting as open or current on my Experian credit report, this loan was settled in 2014 but is still reflecting on my credit report.

I recieved a reference number from FNB which was no use to them when calling to follow up on the progress of the query. I have called FNB temporary loans department on various dates to follow up, at some point I was put through to 5 consultants before being put through to Obakeng Tlou whom I had inittially requested to speak to. She and her team leader where dealing with the query and promised that the team leader would contact me on the same day (20 February 2017 ) but that did not happen.

I have not once recieved feedback or any communication regarding my query unless it is me who calls FNB to fight and try and get some feedback. I spoke to Uvan Hansraj on the 24th February 2017 who also did not give me much help but promised me that Melissa Diphofa would contact me on the following Monday as she was was not available because she was on study leave.

Monday the 27th February 2017 went by and I recieved no call from Melissa as promised. I have had to again call FNB today to follow up, getting very frustrated all I'm being told all this time is there are processes/ procedures and turn around times and all I could do was wait. When speaking to Melissa Diphofu today and airing my frustrations with her she laughed and laughed at how I ws getting so frustrated. She has today told me that she has escalated my query as it seems this query never went through to their admin department (I dont know why this is) instead she has told me of another temporary loan which I have never queried, saying that it was resolved. Still the temp loan I initially contacted FNB about has not been resolved. On 3 occassions I have been told that it has been escaled (the 22 January 2017, the 20th February 2017 and again today the 28 February 2017). I am not getting any joy with FNB, I am a platinum customer but that has not helped in any way.

This is not the only thing I have queried with FNB, this year I realised that they have not been updating my loan information with the credit bureaus. My balance exposure was sitting at 20K higher than what it should have been. Now they are just not resolving the temporary loan issue and their employees find it funny when you get frustrated as a customer.

How/where can I get assistance?
