I sent a refund request form to FNB Housing Finance. I followed up today. The consultant is telling me that my refund won't be processed because I signed electronically. What kind of **** is that. I'm told to go to the nearest branch. With this coronavirus you are f**ken risking the livea of your clients for a ****** signature. I mean i have 2 business accounts with you, 2 kids account and a bond. I will ****en move that bond somewhere if you are not normal.
