I just went to FNB west street in Durban just do bank statement with the help of Kirthi she just went all out she just saw that I am paying more on my serving account which I didn't know anything about than..she than ask for me to wait while she finish with another client so that she can take me inside the bank to get help omg I was so impressed what great and pleasant service from this laid than after she left me another great laid well mannered also a very very experience with her and her name Ashley these two ladies deserve management positions because they truly know customer serving from a very help client of FNB
