Service and to rely on them is pathetic

First National Bank has stopped my debit order supposed to stop it but it still debits my account. I cannot afford the contract of Virgin Active anymore and so they were told by me. Wrote them letters everything. I have not got the option on my banking app to stop my own debit orders. Every time i have to pay a R40-00 admin fee this is really pathetic.
