Never ever have I felt so disrespected and belittled by one of your consultant by the name of Amanda or something from the Gold suit/gold account department over the phone. She is very disrespectful and made me feel like a fool. She blatantly depreciated me and told me that she was not going to assist me. I am shocked beyond measure of the treatment I got from FNB and will not rest until something is done. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE ****
