Service

Had to visit the branch to close an account I haven’t used in 4 years. And now I remember why I left. Out of all the banks, Capitec,Nedbank, Standard Bank, FNB is by far the worst. Their service is horrible, the consultants over the phone are unhelpful, the queuing time is an absolute myth. The pits honestly, charge absorbent banking charges for HORRID service.
