<p>I had a personal loan with FNB and skipped payment then it was handed over. I settled the account with Groenewald Lubbe inc. Funny enough FNB is not picking up payment for 2weeks and still reflects on ITC. Luzelle from Attorneys emaild paid up letter from lawyers side on the 30th but FNB says no payment. Mind u their account is with FNB and nothing is reflecting. Im being sent from pillar to post by lawyers and fnb. I think as fnb chose them as representatives they should be able to trace the payment aswell. Im denied credit everywhere cause people are ***********. All other payments were reflecting but paid amount and for my ITC to be updated takes million years. They cant even liase with their representatives to trace payment n clear my name. I need my things sorted.</p>
