I went to FNB EASTGATE branch with my Business partners , we were having a problem to get money from our business account after going to tellers to withdraw we were sent back to consultants , We were called by the lady named Faith Ndlovu, as much we were not happy after waiting for long she welcomed us with a smile , she made us feel at home, she was very professional as much we took long as she had to change somethings but she kept on explaining what she was doing, kept informed. Such an amazing lady, we need more people like her, she sorted everything out and even took us back to tellers to explain . Service was so amazing, exceptional from starting to the end. Thank you Fnb , much appreciated and very happy. We hope you continue giving this service to other.
