FNB short term insurance do not know what they doing with inexperienced service providers on their panel who just take chances. So my solar inverter surge fuse blew and I was off grid I called them and they sent a guy who knew nothing about solar. I query the company and they claimed to send a qualified technician who also failed to find the problem. After 3 weeks in the dark their specialist showed up from Repair on Call company, the guy battled and decided to short circuit the system blowing it in the process. FNB then rejected my claim saying it was internal electrical fault.
