we made payment via paypal to a ******* from FNB acc-- we call Pay pal and they advised us to call FNB to get a Chargeback from the account the money was paid from ---- can you believe the consultants in FNB do not know where to transfer you or how to assist. I have been transferred from dept to dept with NO help from anyone. this service sucks -- consultants become arrogant and harsh when you tell them the story and ask if they know who can help.. in the +30 years that i have been with FNB i am appalled with the lack of knowledge -- why provide the service if your consultants are not trained on handling the issues
