It is my second time writing a complaint to Hello Peter about the same issue with FNB and Neil Govennder Attorneys still no resolution. I submitted a 3rd party claim on the 6 November 2024 ***/RMO14246. When I submitted the documents I was advised of 3 months for review but we are approaching the 7th month now 6 June 2025. When I complained to FNB directly they forwarded my email to Neil Govender Attorneys. Neil Govenders Attorneys are not assisting with anything I have waiting over 6.months for the outcome of this claim. Everytime When I follow I am told to wait. They even said there is no time frame to finalize a claim and that is bull ****. The last I made follow up.it was on the 5.May 2025 the same story I was told "The matter has been finalized in my side and now awaits final review and authorisation". The matter has been waiting final review and authorisation since March. Like I have done everything they have asked me. I have waited long enough but I am.not getting any joy. I know I am not a client of FNB after this experience I doubt I will.ever.make business with this.company. The worse part I cannot even contact your client to tell him I am struggling with FNB cz I am scared that they will say I have bridge the agreement by me contacting Mr Naidoo.
