I opened the account at FNB so that i get money from RAF. I submitted my documents at RAF so that my money can go into my FNB account, funds were deposited into my account and now I can't access the funds. I went to the branch to e quire about it and was told that I have to submit a letter from my lawyer or the RAF office. I did submit the letter to income verification but they declined my letter and are demanding for a court letter. I want my money ASAP I have to buy a house and now I'm stucked and can't di anything. I'm struggling and I have been sent from pillar to post.
